As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing various maintenance and repair tasks on residential and commercial properties. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1100 per month, with the option for accommodation provided.

Responsibilities:
- Conducting repairs and maintenance tasks such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting
- Inspecting properties to identify issues and create a plan for repairs
- Ordering necessary materials and supplies for projects
- Ensuring all work is completed efficiently and to high quality standards
- Communicating with clients to understand their needs and address any concerns
- Keeping track of inventory and equipment used for jobs

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of various maintenance tasks such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills to work with clients and team members
- Physical stamina to handle tasks that may require heavy lifting or climbing ladders

Preferred:
- Experience working in residential or commercial properties in Utena or surrounding areas
- Basic knowledge of Lithuanian language for communication with local clients
