Computer Support Specialist


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Computer Support Specialist to join our team in Khanpur. As a Computer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for computer systems, software, and hardware. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for computer systems, software, and hardware
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reported by users
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals
- Conduct regular maintenance to ensure optimal performance of computer systems
- Collaborate with other teams to implement new technology and upgrades
- Document all technical issues and solutions for future reference
- Train users on how to effectively use computer systems and software

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, and operating systems
- Experience with troubleshooting technical issues in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Effective communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals
- Must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1800$ per month for this position.
