We are hiring a skilled and experienced Gardener to join our team in Washington. As a Gardener, you will be responsible for maintaining and caring for our garden, ensuring its beauty and functionality. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1400 per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Planting, watering, and maintaining flowers, plants, and trees
- Trimming and pruning shrubs and trees
- Fertilizing and mulching garden beds
- Pest control management
- Regularly mowing the lawn and edging around walkways
- Maintaining garden equipment and tools
- Keeping the garden clean and organized

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Gardener or similar role
- Knowledge of plants, fertilizers, pest control methods, and gardening techniques
- Physically fit to handle heavy equipment and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Attention to detail with excellent time management skills
- Ability to work independently or in a team environment

Preferred:
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Certification or training in horticulture or landscaping
- Knowledge of irrigation systems
