Junior Accountant

We are hiring a Junior Accountant to join our growing team in Porto, Portugal. As a Junior Accountant, you will be responsible for assisting with the financial operations and accounting tasks of our company. This is a great opportunity for someone who has recently completed their accounting degree or has 1-2 years of experience in the field.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with accounts payable and receivable tasks, including invoice processing and payment collections.
- Prepare and maintain financial documents such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Conduct regular bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial data.
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure accurate recording of expenses and revenues.
- Stay up-to-date with accounting regulations and best practices.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills.

Salary:
This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of $1200 per month. We also provide accommodation for our employees.
