Elevator Installer (Contract) - Faro, Portugal


We are seeking a skilled Elevator Installer to join our team in Faro, Portugal. As an Elevator Installer, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining elevators in various buildings and structures. This is a contract position, perfect for students looking to gain experience in the field.

Responsibilities:
- Install elevators according to blueprints and specifications provided
- Ensure all safety regulations are followed during installation process
- Conduct regular maintenance checks and repairs on existing elevators
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during installation or maintenance
- Keep accurate records of work completed and materials used
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of projects

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in elevator installation preferred
- Previous experience as an elevator installer or similar role is a plus
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems and electrical wiring
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and diagrams
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy equipment when necessary
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Fluent in English (Portuguese proficiency is a plus)

Salary:
This is a contract position with a starting salary of 1200 USD per month.
