IT Support Assistant


Our growing IT company is seeking an IT Support Assistant to join our team in Chelyabinsk. This role is perfect for someone who is fluent in English and has a passion for technology. As an IT Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients and assisting with day-to-day IT operations.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and remote assistance
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Install and configure computer systems and applications
- Maintain and update internal systems and databases
- Assist with network setup and maintenance
- Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their needs are met in a timely manner
- Keep up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, hardware, and software
- Ability to troubleshoot technical problems efficiently
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Basic understanding of networking concepts
- Previous experience in a customer service or technical support role is preferred but not required

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $1000 per month.

Location:
This position is based in Chelyabinsk, Russia. However, we are open to considering candidates from other locations within Russia as long as they are able to work from our office.
