Office Assistant
Location: Khanpur, Pakistan
We are hiring an experienced and reliable Office Assistant to join our team in Khanpur, Pakistan. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to the office staff. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills and be able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely manner
- Perform general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Keep track of office supplies and order new materials when needed
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for office staff
- Assist with organizing meetings and events
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail
- Maintain a clean and organized office space
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Proven experience working as an Office Assistant or in a similar role
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
Salary:
The salary for this position is 1200$ per month.
