Indian Chef in Mecca, Saudi Arabia



We are seeking an experienced Indian Chef to join our team at a luxurious hotel in the holy city of Mecca, Saudi Arabia. This position is open to Indian nationals who have a passion for cooking and are looking to further their career in the culinary industry.

As an Indian Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking authentic Indian dishes for our guests. You must have a deep understanding of Indian cuisine and be able to create innovative and delicious dishes that will delight our guests. You will also be in charge of maintaining high standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety in the kitchen.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a variety of Indian dishes according to recipes and standards
- Create new and innovative dishes while maintaining authenticity
- Ensure all food is prepared and presented in a timely manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen at all times
- Follow all safety and hygiene regulations
- Train junior kitchen staff on proper techniques and recipes

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Indian Chef or similar role
- Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine, ingredients, techniques, and flavors
- Ability to create new dishes while maintaining authenticity
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to work under pressure
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Ability to work well in a team environment

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 900$ per month, along with accommodation, transportation, and medical insurance.
