Office Assistant
We are hiring an Office Assistant to join our team in Remish. This is a contract job with a salary of $1200 per month. This role is suitable for both Indian and Egyptian nationals who are fluent in English.
As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office staff. This includes managing phone calls, emails, and other correspondence, as well as organizing and maintaining files and records. You will also assist in scheduling appointments and meetings, and handling basic accounting tasks.
We are seeking a self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Previous experience is not required for this role, but basic computer skills and the ability to learn new software quickly are necessary. The ideal candidate should also be able to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and handle confidential information with discretion.
