Handyman - Maintenance Technician


Our company is seeking a skilled and experienced Handyman - Maintenance Technician to join our team in Lom. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing various maintenance and repair tasks in commercial and residential buildings. This is a contract position with a salary of 1500$ per month, including visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inspections of buildings and identify any maintenance or repair needs
- Perform basic carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work as needed
- Repair or replace damaged fixtures, appliances, and equipment
- Install new fixtures, appliances, or equipment as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Handyman or Maintenance Technician
- Knowledge of basic carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work
- Ability to operate hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks for extended periods of time
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexibility to work evenings or weekends as needed
- Valid driver's license

Preferred Requirements:
While not required, the following qualifications are preferred for this position:
- Experience working in commercial buildings
- Experience working with HVAC systems
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
