As an Entry-Level Formworker in Ufa, Russia, you will be responsible for constructing and assembling concrete forms. This is a physically demanding job that requires working with various tools and equipment such as saws, drills, and hammers. You will also need to read and interpret blueprints and follow safety procedures to ensure a high-quality finished product. No prior experience is necessary as on-the-job training will be provided, but a strong work ethic and the ability to work well in a team are essential. This is a full-time position with accommodation provided and visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates.

Key Responsibilities:
- Construct and assemble concrete forms according to blueprints and specifications
- Use various hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently
- Read and interpret blueprints to determine dimensions, materials required, and layout of formwork
- Follow safety procedures at all times to ensure a safe working environment
- Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects on time
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications:
- No prior experience required, but experience in construction or carpentry is an asset
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds)
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Flexibility to work overtime when needed

Salary: $900 per month (negotiable based on experience)
