Executive Chef - Indian Cuisine (Seasonal)
We are searching for an experienced and talented Executive Chef to join our team in Las Vegas. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the creation and execution of authentic Indian cuisine in our restaurant. This is a seasonal position, perfect for someone looking to gain experience in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
- Must be of Indian nationality with a strong understanding and passion for Indian cuisine
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Chef in a high-end restaurant
- Excellent communication skills, able to lead and manage a team
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing needs
- Must have a valid work visa and be able to travel to Las Vegas
Responsibilities:
- Create and execute menus featuring authentic Indian dishes
- Oversee kitchen operations, including food preparation, inventory management, and budgeting
- Train and manage kitchen staff, ensuring high quality of food and service
- Work closely with management to develop new menu items and specials
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
We offer competitive salary of $1500 per month, as well as free visa sponsorship and round-trip ticket.
