Administrator Assistant
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrator Assistant to join our team in Al-Malikiyah. As an Administrator Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This is an entry-level position, making it suitable for freshers and candidates with minimal experience.
Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support such as filing, answering phone calls, and responding to emails
- Create and maintain documents, spreadsheets, and presentations
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations by gathering data and information
- Manage inventory of office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Act as a liaison between various departments within the company
- Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive information
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an Office Administrator or Secretary are a plus
- Proven experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
