We are currently hiring experienced roofers for our construction company in Izhevsk, Russia. As a roofer, you will be responsible for repairing and installing roofs on various buildings. This position requires physical strength, agility, and the ability to work at heights.

Responsibilities:
- Inspect roofs for damage and determine the best course of action
- Repair and install various types of roofing materials such as shingles, tiles, and metal
- Use tools such as hammers, nails, and drills to secure roofing materials in place
- Measure and cut roofing materials to fit specific areas
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed while working at heights
- Communicate with team members to coordinate tasks and complete projects efficiently

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a roofer or in a similar role
- Physical strength and ability to work at heights
- Knowledge of different types of roofing materials and their installation techniques
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Team player with good communication skills
