We are seeking a skilled Barber to join our team at a busy barbershop in the vibrant city of Kaunas, Lithuania. As a Barber, you will be responsible for providing high-quality hair cutting and styling services to clients of all ages and backgrounds. Our ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience working as a barber, with the ability to perform classic and modern haircuts, beard trims, and other grooming services. The ability to speak fluent English is preferred, as our clientele includes both locals and expats. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1500 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and provide them with a warm and friendly atmosphere
- Listen to clients' preferences and suggest suitable hairstyles
- Perform haircuts, beard trims, and other grooming services according to client requests
- Keep up-to-date with current hairstyle trends and techniques
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Upsell products such as hair care products or accessories
- Handle financial transactions, including processing payments and making change

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience working as a barber
- Proficient in classic and modern haircutting techniques
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to communicate effectively in English (fluency preferred)
- Attention to detail and excellent time management skills
- Knowledge of different hairstyles and trends
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends
