Senior Barber



We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Barber to join our team in Kaunas, Lithuania. As a Senior Barber, you will be responsible for providing high-quality hair cutting, styling, and grooming services to our clients. You will also assist in managing the daily operations of the barber shop and mentoring junior barbers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional hair cutting, styling, and grooming services to clients of all ages and hair types
- Ensure a clean and organized working environment at all times
- Maintain knowledge of current trends and techniques in men's grooming
- Assist in managing the daily operations of the barber shop, including scheduling appointments and managing inventory
- Mentor junior barbers by providing guidance and support in their professional development
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences for their haircuts or styles
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a barber
- Proficient in a wide range of men's haircutting techniques, including fades, taper cuts, and beard trims
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean working environment
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of quality service
- Fluent in English (both verbal and written)
- Must be able to work full-time hours, including weekends if necessary

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1600$ per month for this full-time position.
