Our company is seeking an experienced and skilled Industrial Painter to join our team in Malindi. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in painting industrial structures such as buildings, machinery, and equipment. As an Industrial Painter, you will be responsible for applying paint and coatings to various surfaces using specialized tools and techniques.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and priming them before painting
- Select and mix the appropriate paint or coating based on the surface and desired finish
- Use various tools such as spray guns, brushes, and rollers to apply paint or coatings
- Ensure even coverage and smooth finish by following proper painting techniques
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by properly storing tools and materials after use
- Follow all safety procedures when working with paints, chemicals, and equipment
- Communicate with team members to coordinate painting projects and ensure timely completion

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Industrial Painter
- Proven knowledge of different types of paints, coatings, and application techniques
- Ability to read blueprints and follow specifications
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods of time while performing manual labor
- Detail-oriented with an eye for precision
- Strong communication skills to work effectively with team members

Salary:
