Industrial Painter for a Manufacturing Company in Malindi, Kenya


Our manufacturing company in Malindi, Kenya is seeking an experienced Industrial Painter to join our team. As an Industrial Painter, you will be responsible for preparing, painting and finishing various industrial surfaces including metal structures, equipment and machinery.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding and masking to ensure proper adhesion of paint
- Mix and apply paint using various methods such as spraying, brushing or rolling
- Use specialized tools and equipment to apply paint evenly and efficiently
- Ensure a smooth finish by sanding and buffing surfaces as needed
- Follow safety protocols at all times to prevent accidents or injuries
- Maintain inventory of paints and supplies and order materials when necessary
- Keep work area clean and organized at all times

Requirements:
- Previous experience working as an Industrial Painter in a manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of different types of paints, primers, solvents and their application methods
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Familiarity with safety regulations related to painting
- Attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work within deadlines
- Good physical stamina as the job requires standing, bending and lifting for extended periods of time

Salary: 1700$ per month with potential for growth based on performance.

Location: Malindi, Kenya.
