Smelter Operator
A smelter operator is responsible for operating and maintaining equipment used to extract metals from ore. They work in a high-temperature environment, using specialized tools and machinery to melt and refine metals. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of metallurgy, as well as excellent hand-eye coordination and physical stamina. They must also be comfortable working in a hot and potentially hazardous environment.

Responsibilities:
- Operate smelting equipment according to established procedures and safety guidelines
- Monitor the smelting process, making adjustments as needed to ensure quality and efficiency
- Inspect equipment for any malfunctions or maintenance needs
- Maintain accurate records of production and equipment maintenance
- Follow all safety protocols to prevent accidents or injuries
- Work with a team to achieve production goals

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training preferred
- At least 2 years of experience in smelting or a related field
- Strong understanding of metallurgy principles and processes
- Physical stamina and ability to work in a hot environment for extended periods of time
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a team environment

Salary: $900 per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Eldoret, Kenya (preference for Egyptian candidates)
Nationality: Egyptian (preferred but not required)
