Indian Restaurant Manager


We are hiring an experienced Indian Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant in Al Buraymi. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the restaurant, managing staff, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff schedules and ensuring proper functioning of all departments
- Train and supervise staff to ensure high quality service and adherence to restaurant policies and procedures
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Create and maintain a welcoming atmosphere for customers by providing exceptional service and resolving any issues or complaints
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Manage budget and financial planning for the restaurant
- Collaborate with chefs to design menu items that appeal to a diverse customer base
- Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and best practices in order to continuously improve the restaurant's offerings

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager in an Indian cuisine establishment
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques, ingredients, and flavors used in Indian cuisine
- Understanding of budgeting, financial planning, and inventory management
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on providing excellent service
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in hospitality management or related field

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1800$ per month.
