Head Chef


We are in need of an experienced and talented Head Chef to oversee our kitchen operations at our restaurant located in Dar Kulaib. The ideal candidate will have a passion for culinary arts and a strong background in creating delicious and visually appealing dishes. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for managing the kitchen staff, creating menus, and ensuring high-quality food is served to our guests. Responsibilities:
- Oversee all kitchen operations including food preparation, cooking, plating, and presentation
- Develop new menus and dishes that meet the restaurant's standards and customer preferences
- Train and manage kitchen staff, including scheduling shifts and delegating tasks
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operation of the restaurant

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
- Ability to create high-quality dishes while adhering to strict food safety standards
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members to success
- Strong communication skills to effectively delegate tasks and communicate with other staff members
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Creativity when developing new menus or dishes
