You should have a strong understanding of the latest Android development trends and techniques, as well as experience with mobile development tools and frameworks. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess excellent problem-solving skills, and have a passion for creating innovative mobile solutions.

Responsibilities:
- Design and develop advanced applications for the Android platform
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
- Identify and troubleshoot bugs and performance issues
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and techniques in Android development
- Continuously improve code quality through testing and code reviews

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven work experience as an Android Developer or similar role
- Strong knowledge of Java, Kotlin, and other programming languages used for Android app development
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies
- Experience with third-party libraries and APIs
- Knowledge of UI/UX standards for creating user-friendly mobile applications
