Part-Time Restaurant Manager

The Part-Time Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant in Gujrat, India. This individual must have previous experience in restaurant management and be able to work independently on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent customer service abilities, and a passion for the food and beverage industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of daily operations including staffing, inventory management, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Train and motivate staff to provide exceptional service and maintain high standards
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient food preparation and quality control
- Monitor expenses and manage budgets effectively
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (12 pass)
- Previous experience in restaurant management or a related field preferred
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently on a part-time basis (approximately 20 hours per week)
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and point-of-sale systems
- Strong understanding of food safety regulations
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
Salary:
The salary for this position is $900 per month.
