We are a well-established restaurant in Gujrat seeking a talented and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including managing staff, ensuring high-quality service and food standards, and maintaining profitability.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff schedules, inventory, and budget
- Train and develop new employees and provide ongoing coaching to existing staff
- Ensure high-quality customer service is provided at all times
- Monitor food quality and presentation to maintain our high standards
- Create and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for supplies
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment for both employees and customers
- Handle any customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop employees
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Proficient in budgeting and inventory management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and health codes
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
