A reputable retail company in Jeddah is seeking a dynamic and motivated Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling products, and ensuring the store is clean and well-maintained. Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them in finding products that meet their needs
- Promote and upsell products to increase sales and achieve targets
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment
- Stock shelves, monitor inventory levels, and assist with restocking as needed
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional manner
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers
- Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent customer service at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college or related experience preferred
- Minimum of 1 year experience in retail sales or customer service
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)
- Basic math skills with the ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Physically able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 30 pounds
