User Experience (UX) Designer

As a User Experience Designer, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and visually appealing designs for our digital products. You will work closely with our development and product teams to understand user needs and design solutions that enhance usability and overall user satisfaction. Your main focus will be on creating wireframes, prototypes, and mockups that effectively communicate your design ideas. You should have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and be able to conduct user research to inform your designs. This role is based in Al-Khor, but we welcome applications from all nationalities as we are open to providing visa sponsorship for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and design solutions that meet user needs
- Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design decisions
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to effectively communicate design ideas
- Test designs for usability and make necessary revisions based on feedback
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX design
- Communicate with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Computer Interaction, Design, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in UX design or related role
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous UX projects and processes
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or Figma
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus
- Ability to think creatively and solve complex problems
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams

Salary: 900$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
