Office Assistant
The Office Assistant will provide administrative support to the office staff and assist with daily operations. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and have prior experience in an office setting.
Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and answer phone calls
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail
- Maintain office supplies and order as needed
- File documents and maintain organized records
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
- Prepare reports, correspondence, and presentations
- Monitor office expenses and handle invoices for payment
- Coordinate travel arrangements for staff members
- Other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in an office setting
- Fluent in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy is crucial
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Salary: 1400$ per month
Location: Al-Wakra, Qatar
