We are currently hiring a skilled Handyman to join our team in Sharjah. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing general maintenance and repair tasks on various properties. This is a part-time position, with a salary of 1300$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Perform basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks as needed
- Repair or replace broken fixtures and appliances
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of properties
- Keep track of inventory and order necessary supplies
- Respond to tenant maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and within budget

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
- Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Good communication skills to interact with tenants and other team members
- Must have own tools for the job
