Restaurant Manager
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Doha. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, managing a team of employees, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, scheduling shifts, and ensuring smooth service
- Train and develop employees to provide excellent customer service and maintain high standards of quality
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to ensure efficient operations
- Create and implement strategies to increase revenue, reduce costs, and improve overall profitability
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment for both employees and customers
- Handle any customer complaints or issues in a professional manner
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff members and provide feedback for improvement
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role within the restaurant industry
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Malayalam is a plus)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Salary: 1600$ per month (accommodation provided)
Location: Doha (open to all nationalities)
