Entry-Level Baker

We are seeking an entry-level baker to join our team in Bayan, India. As an Indian-based bakery, we are looking for individuals passionate about traditional Indian baked goods and eager to learn and grow in the profession. This is a full-time job with accommodation provided, making it a great opportunity for freshers or those without previous experience in the field.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of doughs and batters for various Indian baked goods such as naan, roti, and samosas
- Monitor oven temperatures and baking times to ensure quality and consistency
- Decorate and finish baked goods with toppings or fillings according to recipes
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, following food safety guidelines at all times

Requirements:
- No previous experience required, but a passion for baking and willingness to learn is essential
- Basic understanding of measurements and ability to follow recipes accurately
- Ability to communicate effectively in Hindi or English
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs)
- Must be willing to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Salary: Starting at 1500$ per month
