Executive Chef - Indian Cuisine


We are seeking an experienced and talented Executive Chef to join our team at a prestigious Indian restaurant in Ar Rumaythiyah. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600$. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, creating new and innovative dishes, managing the kitchen staff, and maintaining food quality and standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and develop menus for lunch and dinner service, ensuring a balanced selection of Indian dishes
- Oversee the preparation, cooking, and presentation of all food items
- Train and manage kitchen staff to ensure efficient operation during peak hours
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure all food safety standards are met in accordance with local regulations
- Create new dishes and update existing ones to keep the menu fresh and appealing to customers
- Conduct regular taste tests to ensure food quality meets our high standards
- Collaborate with restaurant management on budget planning and cost control measures

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years' experience as an Executive Chef in an Indian restaurant or similar establishment
- Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine, ingredients, spices, and cooking techniques
- Excellent communication skills in English (spoken & written)
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Experience managing a team of kitchen staff
- Must have valid visa for working in Ar Rumaythiyah
- Must have completed high school education
