Head Chef - Fine Dining (Ar Rumaythiyah)

As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen, including menu creation, food preparation, and managing the kitchen staff. Your goal will be to maintain the highest quality standards while creating innovative and delicious dishes that will delight our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop new menus and dishes that reflect seasonal ingredients and current food trends
- Train, supervise, and motivate kitchen staff to ensure high levels of productivity and efficiency
- Maintain inventory levels and order necessary supplies to meet demand
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized kitchen
- Collaborate with management on budgeting, costing, and pricing strategies
- Continuously strive for excellence in all aspects of food preparation, presentation, and taste
- Conduct regular training sessions for kitchen staff on new techniques or menu items

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef in a fine dining establishment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively
- Creative mindset with an eye for detail and presentation
- Extensive knowledge of different cooking techniques, ingredients, equipment, and recipes
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to work well under pressure
- Biometric passport (preferred)
- Fluent English speaker (preferred)
