Office Assistant
Our company is seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Assistant to join our team in Ar Rumaythiyah. As an Indian national with excellent English speaking skills, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office staff and ensuring the smooth operations of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence
- Maintaining office supplies and equipment
- Organizing and scheduling meetings and appointments
- Assisting with the preparation of documents, reports, and presentations
- Managing office budgets and expenses
- Coordinating travel arrangements for staff members
- Performing general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Proven experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
