Office Assistant
As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the office staff, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining office supplies. You will also assist with data entry, filing, and organizing documents. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office. This is a part-time position with a salary of $1800 per month in the city of Ar Rumaythiyah.
In this role, your responsibilities will include:
- Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate staff member
- Responding to emails and inquiries in a timely manner
- Maintaining office supplies and ensuring they are well-stocked
- Assisting with data entry and maintaining accurate records
- Filing and organizing important documents
- Providing general administrative support to the office staff as needed
To be successful in this role, you should have:
