Construction Manager
We are a construction company based in Mecca, seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to join our team. As the Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage construction projects from start to finish
- Develop project schedules and budgets
- Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements
- Hire and manage construction teams, including subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations
- Monitor progress of construction projects and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion
- Conduct site visits to ensure work is being done according to plans and specifications
- Communicate with stakeholders about project updates and progress

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in construction management
- Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and construction methods
- Excellent leadership and project management skills
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings
- Proficient in project management software
- Strong communication skills
- Fluent in English (Arabic language skills preferred)

Salary: $1300/month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Mecca, Saudi Arabia
