Construction Manager - Pakistani Nationals - Mecca


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to oversee our projects in Mecca, Saudi Arabia. As a Pakistani national, you will have the opportunity to work in the prestigious city of Mecca and contribute to the development of one of the holiest places in Islam.

As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of construction projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion. You will lead a team of construction professionals and ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and at the desired quality.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, including timelines and budgets
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Oversee all phases of construction, from site preparation to project completion
- Monitor progress and ensure that projects are completed on time
- Manage project budget and control costs
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project progress
- Conduct regular inspections of construction sites to monitor work progress and ensure compliance with plans and specifications

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager or similar role
- Extensive knowledge of construction processes, equipment, materials, and relevant regulations
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Urdu/Hindi (Arabic is a plus)
- Experience working on construction projects in Saudi Arabia is highly preferred

This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary of 1700$ per month. In addition, we provide accommodation, free visa sponsorship, and airfare to and from Mecca. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers to gain experience in a dynamic and growing construction industry.
