Office Administrator
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team in Muscat. As an English-speaking administrator, you will be responsible for managing administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth running of our office. This position is suitable for Malayalees with their own visa and who do not require accommodation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, answering emails and phone calls, and maintaining office supplies
- Coordinate meetings and events, including booking venues, arranging catering, and preparing meeting materials
- Maintain accurate records of employee attendance, leave requests, and other HR-related documents
- Assist with recruitment processes by posting job ads, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Ensure that office equipment is in good working condition and arrange for repairs or replacements as needed
- Communicate with vendors to order supplies or services as required
Requirements:
- Fluent in English (spoken and written) with excellent communication skills
- Prior experience in an administrative role is preferred but not required
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
Salary:
The salary for this position is 1200$ per month.
Location:
This position is based in Muscat.
Note: This position does not include accommodation. Candidates must have their own visa to work in Oman.
