Radio Technician - Manama, Bahrain

We are seeking a skilled Radio Technician to join our team in Manama, Bahrain. As a Radio Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing radio equipment and systems. You will work with a variety of customers and must have excellent communication skills to explain technical issues in simple terms. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the field of radio technology, as well as knowledge of different types of radios and their functionality. Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair radio equipment and systems according to manufacturer guidelines
- Troubleshoot technical issues with radios and provide solutions
- Conduct regular inspections and tests to ensure proper functioning of equipment
- Keep accurate records of all maintenance activities
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and procedures
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Stay updated on new technologies and advancements in the field of radio communications

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Radio Technician or similar role
- Knowledge of different types of radios (VHF, UHF, HF) and their functionality
- Familiarity with radio equipment installation procedures
- Ability to read technical diagrams and manuals
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

Preferred:
- Knowledge of local regulations related to radio equipment installation
and maintenance
- Experience working with marine or aviation radios
- Experience working with public safety or emergency communication systems

Salary: 1000$ per month

Location: Manama, Bahrain
