Office Assistant - Female
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Assistant to join our team in Isa Town. As an office assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth functioning of our office. Responsibilities:
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Greeting and assisting visitors
- Organizing and scheduling appointments
- Maintaining filing systems
- Ordering office supplies
- Assisting with data entry and record keeping
- Performing basic bookkeeping tasks
- Assisting with travel arrangements and expense reports
- Coordinating meetings and events
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year experience as an office assistant or in a similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Detail-oriented with high accuracy in work
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1800$ per month.
