Software Tester - Quality Assurance Engineer


We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Software Tester for our team based in Vianden. As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of our software products before they are released to our clients. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1300 per month, with accommodation provided.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough testing of software products to identify bugs, defects, and usability issues
- Develop and execute test plans and test cases
- Collaborate with developers to resolve issues and ensure high-quality releases
- Create and maintain detailed documentation of test results
- Report and track defects using bug tracking systems
- Continuously improve testing processes and procedures
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies related to software testing

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in software testing or quality assurance
- Familiarity with different testing methodologies (e.g. black-box, white-box, regression)
- Experience working with bug tracking systems (e.g. JIRA, Bugzilla)
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Java or C++ is a plus
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Good communication skills in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus)
