Industrial Architect



As an Industrial Architect in Vianden, you will be responsible for designing and planning industrial buildings and structures. Your main goal will be to create functional and efficient spaces that meet the needs of our clients while adhering to safety and building code regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and preferences
- Conduct site visits and surveys to assess feasibility of proposed designs
- Create detailed drawings, 3D models, and renderings using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Develop construction plans, specifications, and cost estimates
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals involved in the project
- Ensure that all designs comply with relevant building codes, zoning regulations, and safety standards
- Monitor progress of construction projects to ensure accuracy and quality of work

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Proven experience as an Industrial Architect or in a similar role
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software
- Strong understanding of building systems, materials, and construction methods
- Familiarity with building codes, zoning regulations, and safety standards
- Excellent communication skills with ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members

Salary: 1000$ per month
