Commercial Architect


Remish-based architecture firm is seeking a talented and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team. Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial architecture, with a strong portfolio showcasing their design skills and attention to detail. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating innovative and functional designs for our commercial projects. This is a contract position with the potential for long-term employment.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts that meet their specifications
- Produce detailed drawings, models, and renderings using AutoCAD and other design software
- Ensure that all designs comply with building codes and regulations
- Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other team members to ensure successful project completion
- Keep up-to-date on industry trends, materials, and techniques to incorporate into designs
- Attend client meetings and present design proposals
- Oversee the construction process to ensure designs are executed accurately

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial architecture
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and other design software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills to effectively work with clients, team members, and contractors
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail

Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working on commercial projects in Remish or surrounding cities
- Fluency in Filipino or Tagalog
- Experience working on projects for foreign clients
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous commercial designs

We offer competitive salary of 1100$ per month with potential for growth within the company. The position also includes accommodation provided by the company.
