Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate all aspects of construction projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Supervise and manage construction personnel, including contractors and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project progress
- Review and approve project designs, plans, and specifications
- Procure necessary materials and equipment for construction projects
- Monitor project budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager or similar role in the construction industry
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interaction
- Proficient in project management software such as AutoCAD or MS Project
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1600$ per month. We also provide accommodation for our employees. Candidates must have relevant experience in the construction industry and possess their own visa.
