Loader Supervisor



We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Loader Supervisor to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria. As a Loader Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the loading and unloading of goods and materials. This is a contract job with a salary of 1000$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of loaders to ensure efficient and safe loading and unloading of goods
- Create work schedules and assign tasks to loaders
- Train new loaders on proper loading techniques and safety procedures
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse staff for timely delivery of goods
- Communicate with drivers to ensure timely pickup and delivery of goods
- Inspect equipment and report any maintenance or repair needs
- Enforce safety protocols and address any safety concerns or incidents
- Maintain accurate records of goods loaded, unloaded, and returned

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent, additional education or training in logistics or management is preferred
- Proven experience as a loader or similar role in a warehouse or logistics setting
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal (knowledge of Bulgarian language is a plus)
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects repeatedly
