Factory Machine Operator


We are a leading manufacturing company in Split, seeking an experienced Factory Machine Operator to join our team. As a Factory Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining various types of machines in our production facility. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working with industrial machinery and possess excellent technical skills.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate machines according to production specifications
- Monitor machines during operation to ensure proper functioning
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machines
- Inspect finished products for quality and make necessary adjustments to maintain production standards
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience operating industrial machinery in a manufacturing setting
- Strong mechanical aptitude and technical skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical manuals
- Familiarity with quality control processes and procedures
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
