We are in search of a skilled and experienced Puncher to join our team in Split, Croatia. As a Puncher, you will be responsible for operating machinery and tools to punch holes in various materials such as metal, plastic, or paper. Your precision and attention to detail will ensure that all punched materials meet the required specifications.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate punching machines according to job specifications
- Read and interpret blueprints or production drawings to determine punching requirements
- Inspect materials before and after punching for accuracy and quality
- Make adjustments to machine settings as needed to ensure proper hole placement and size
- Load and unload materials onto the punching machine
- Troubleshoot any issues with the machine or materials
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Puncher or in a similar role is preferred
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints or production drawings
- Strong attention to detail and excellent hand-eye coordination
- Basic math skills for measuring and calculating hole placements
- Familiarity with operating various types of punching machines is a plus
- Must be physically fit as the job may require standing for long periods of time and lifting heavy materials

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1300 per month.

Location:
This position is based in Split, Croatia.

Preference:
This job opportunity is open to all nationalities. However, preference will be given to candidates who have experience working with metal materials.

Working Hours:
This is a full-time position with working hours from 8am - 5pm, Monday to Friday. Part-time opportunities may also be available.

Visa Requirements:
Candidates must have their own valid visa or work permit to work in Croatia.
