A reputable manufacturing company in Dubrovnik is currently seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our team. This position is suitable for men and does not require English proficiency. As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining computer numerical control (CNC) machines to produce high-quality products according to specifications. Our ideal candidate will have experience in operating CNC machines and be able to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1800$ per month, without accommodation provided.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC machines according to specifications
- Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed
- Inspect finished products for quality assurance
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure production goals are met
- Maintain clean and safe work environment
- Troubleshoot issues with the machine or product as needed

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a CNC Operator or similar role
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Familiarity with precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, etc.
- Strong attention to detail and quality control skills
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications:
- Vocational training or certification in machining or related field
- Experience with Fanuc or Siemens controls
- Knowledge of G-code programming language
