We are seeking a highly skilled Network and Systems Administrator to join our team in Moscow. As a Network and Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining, upgrading, and troubleshooting our company's network and computer systems. This includes overseeing the installation and configuration of hardware and software, ensuring security measures are in place, and providing technical support to employees.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain network equipment such as routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Monitor network performance to ensure efficiency and troubleshoot any issues.
- Implement security measures to protect against cyber threats.
- Install, update, and maintain software applications on company computers.
- Provide technical support to employees on hardware and software related issues.
- Maintain documentation of network configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
- Collaborate with IT team members to plan for future upgrades or expansions.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Network and Systems Administrator.
- Strong knowledge of networking concepts including TCP/IP protocols, LAN/WAN configurations, VPNs.
- Experience with Microsoft Windows Server operating systems.
- Knowledge of virtualization technologies (VMware).
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.

Salary: 1200$ per month (negotiable based on experience).
