Facade Specialist


We are seeking a highly skilled Facade Specialist to join our team in Moscow. As a Facade Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, constructing, and maintaining building facades. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure the integrity and functionality of the facade.

Responsibilities:
- Design and develop facade systems for new construction projects
- Review building plans and specifications to determine necessary materials and construction methods
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure proper installation of facade systems
- Conduct on-site inspections during construction to ensure quality and safety standards are met
- Troubleshoot any issues or problems with existing facade systems
- Develop maintenance plans for existing facades to ensure longevity and functionality
- Stay updated on industry trends, advancements in materials, and new building codes related to facade construction

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience in facade design or construction
- Strong knowledge of building codes and safety regulations related to facades
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit or other design software
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with various teams
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment

Preferred Qualifications:
- Professional certification in Architecture or Engineering
- Experience working on high-rise buildings
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles for facades

This is a contract job suitable for men. Own visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates. Salary will be $1200 per month. This position is open to Indian nationals who are proficient in English.
