Architectural Designer (Moscow, Russia)

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Designer to join our team in Moscow, Russia. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for creating and developing designs for various architectural projects. You must have a strong understanding of design principles and techniques, as well as experience working with CAD software. This is a contract position with a salary of 1600$ per month.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Architectural Designer
- Proficient in AutoCAD and other design software
- Strong understanding of design principles and techniques
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Experience working on residential or commercial projects is preferred

Responsibilities:
- Create and develop designs for new construction, renovations, and additions
- Collaborate with team members to ensure designs are feasible and meet client requirements
- Use CAD software to create detailed plans and drawings
- Conduct site visits and work closely with contractors during construction phase
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
